on the match that day : Anelka scored first for Bolton and at that time I could have left te ground crying like a mad man screaming: OOOOOHHHHH NOOOOOOOOO dont make them lose after all this misery. But thank God, Rosicky and Fabregas turned it around and we should have killed them off.
The memory of Rosicky scoring…. mmmm what a moment… what a feeling…
some things in life you never forget…. this is one of those things.

@ momoney: it was the beginning of the end of that car. 6 months later the same happened and another 6 months later my gear box was broke so I got rid of it. Must say from driving comfort the first 5 years great car, best I got untill now. But then again that type is made in Austria…

remind me once to tell you my story about trip to Parken and night we lost UEFA cup finals.
But actually yes, its good to share such experiences with our Gooner brothers who are born “near by” Ems or Highbury, and to let them know how “lucky” they are

Well it was worth any money I’ve spend. I’m nog gonna mention the amount of money I had to pay to get my car back in good shape.
But thats life I guess and must say that I since then travell a little bit easier with our fan club from the Benelux.

Walter, Sad to hear that you had to endure everything to watch the match but happy that the Arsenal didnt let you down.

oz gooner, it was really worth the amount you spend.

For us, non-UK based fans, watching the Arsenal play is worth the effort we take for the trip.. I too am hoping to watch the Arsenal at Emirates in the near future.. My work commitments haven’t given me the time yet.. Stories like these(Walter’s and oz gooner’s) give us even more motivation to make our dream into reality.

The things us Gooners do. I was living in NZ and had to apply via the supporters club for 4 tickets. 2 V Charlton and 2 V Manure. They were 64 quid each or $194.00 NZ .When I left for the UK they hadn’t been confirmed. I had arranged for them to be mailed to my mates place in Hatfield. The air fare was $1900.00 return. When I arrived the Charlton tickets were there but no Manure. Anyway long story short they duly arrived. The train fare to London was 22 quid return X 2. Add on a few bevvies and a bit of grub and the 2 games set me back about $3100.00 NZ approx.
We won both games, was it worth it ? YEAH !!

Blimey, I think i take it for granted, as all i have to do is hop on the train and i’m at the Stadium in 15/20mins. Makes you think some people will travel the world and do anything to see this fantastic club. Thats what you call a loyal fan. Fair Play.
