 You'll never believe this one - the 2007 Official Club Diary produced for Birmingham City FC includes the claim that the Blues won the European Cup in 1982, the European Super Cup, a total of seven FA Cup trophies and five League Cup victories!

Of course they didn't - indeed it is hard to remember anything much that they have won.  What they have printed are the bits and pieces picked up by Aston Villa.  

This being Birmingham no one admitted being at fault.  The printer blamed the club, the club blamed the printers.
